About Me
MBC Michael Brookshaw Global Consulting is a leading provider of consulting and support services for manufacturers and their distribution partners. With an extensive network and industry connections, I assist companies in finding partners for their products and developing their distribution channels.
I founded the company with the goal of bridging the communication gap between manufacturers and their distribution networks. I have comprehensive experience in marketing and training and understand the importance of effective communication and support for a successful partnership.

My experiences
Sales Manager for Fischer Jung Germany
I served from 1994, when I was promoted from a sales representative to the Sales Manager role, until 1998. During this period, I became the leading distributor in Germany for the sales of all Crushing and Screening products. We emerged as the largest distributor in Germany, achieving sales of up to 100 mobile screens and 40 mobile crushers annually.
Sales and Distribution Manager for Nordberg/Metso
From 1999 to 2004, I served as Sales and Distribution Manager for Nordberg, now known as Metso Germany. During this time, I became the leading sales executive within the global Nordberg group, achieving sales of over 50 tracked mobile crushers annually through an extensive distribution network. I held the position of the first Distributors Manager at Nordberg.
Sales Manager for Fintec
From 2004 to 2007, I served as the Sales Manager for the Europe, Russia, and CIS region (excluding the United Kingdom) at Fintec. When I joined Fintec in 2004, the sales to this region were 14 machines. I successfully increased the sales to 245 machines by the year 2007. Subsequently, Fintec was acquired by Sandvik.
Sales and Distribution Manager for Sandvik
From 2008 to 2015, I served as the Sales and Distribution Manager for Sandvik, overseeing tracked mobile crushers and screening plants in the EMEA region (Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, and South Africa). I personally managed 30% of the global revenue for the entire Sandvik network, amounting to approximately €60 million per year.
Global Sales Director for Keestrack
From 2015 to 2019, I served as the Global Sales Director for Keestrack. During this period, I successfully increased the company’s revenue from €45 million in 2015 to €145 million in 2019.
Global Development Manager for Distributors at SBM
From 2019 to 2023, I held the position of Global Development Manager for Distributors at SBM. I played a key role in developing their Distributors Management System and successfully onboarded approximately 22 new distributors. During this period, we achieved a remarkable 250% increase in revenue.
